What happens after I've clicked a Listen link?

When you click on Listen Live or Listen Again your computer should automatically open up a window showing your computer's media player (Windows Media Player, Winamp, Real Player, iTunes, for example).

The sound may start automatically. If not, press the Play button.

You can fast-forward through the programmes by clicking on and dragging the indicator along the Listen Again line. The programmes will start playing from wherever you stop.
