	Cheap Camping Equipment for Community Groups Thousands of Bank Holiday revellers left their camping equipment behind when they left the Leeds Festival. Fortunately teams of volunteers from Everything is Possible were on hand to collect this stuff up for passing on to community groups. The main collection points have closed now but you can still Listen here to the story. Our Autumn schedule will include a full interview with Clair Brown about the fantastic work that Everything is Possible does.

	On the road again Over the summer we will be out and about at fayres and fesitvals across LS10 and LS11, starting with Cottingley Fayre on 22nd May. 	New grants = new opportunities for South Leeds Community Radio South Leeds Community Radio has won a much-sought-after award to help us recruit and train more volunteers. 2010 is Leeds Year of the Volunteer, and we beat off stiff competition to win £2000.   Many thanks to the City of Leeds Fund – Year of Volunteering, managed by the Leeds Community Foundation. We have also been granted £1300 to run a series of  after-school radio production clubs for 10-11 year olds from schools in LS10 and LS11. These will begin after half term.
